Weekly Blog - Au1/Week 5

What a brilliant week at Shoreside with a fantastic Come & See/Stay & Play, followed by our Shoreside Big Acorn Sow! Read on for more information.
Thanks to all of the parents/carers who joined us in school on Tuesday for our in-school learning events. It was lovely to welcome you all and it was great to see you getting involved in your child's play/learning!
Thank you also for ensuring pupils came to school with their pots on Thursday. It was wonderful to have pupils from across the school take part in our exciting event. We can't wait to see what happens to the acorns they have planted in the years to come!
We've also had a tag rugby competition, our first football tournament of the year and a very muddy/wet Forest School to finish the week. Lots of exciting things!
A quick reminder for parents that there is an SPLD Coffee Afternoon for parents at 2:30PM on Tuesday. This is about how to support pupils if you think they may have dyslexia or dyslexic tendencies and it is being hosted by our Inclusion Consultant from the local authority. Please arrive at the school at 2:30PM if you would like to attend!
Here are this week's highlights, we hope you enjoy watching them. Have a lovely weekend!
