Weekly Blog - Su2/Week 4

Within Week 4, we've hosted a KS1 football tournament, a netball tournament for KS2 pupils, Y5 pupils attended Crucial Crew workshops and we sent the Y6 pupils off to the Western Approaches! What a brilliant week!

Thank you to all of the parents/carers and family members who joined us for Come & See and Stay & Play on Wednesday, we had a fantastic time with you all in our classrooms. We hope you enjoyed sharing your child's learning. After Come and See, we have had some parent workshops scheduled. Our slides on Emotional Wellbeing and how to support your child as a parent are available at the bottom to download if you would like to read through them. Please see Mrs Critchley if you would like any further advice or support.

Next Week - Friday 4th July - Own Clothes Day

Children are welcome to wear their own clothes to school on Friday (4th July) in exchange for bringing in a donation for the Summer Fair. The PTFA have asked all children to bring in sweets or chocolates. Please note, we cannot accept home-baked gifts. Thanks in advance for your donations, which will help our Summer Fair!

Future Events

We have lots of events coming up. Tickets for our Shrek Musical will go on sale on Monday - watch out for more information. Plus, we have Shorestock on Friday 11th July beginning at 2PM. Every class in school, from Pre-Nursery to Year 6, will be performing a song! Afterwards, as school ends, our Summer Fair begins so family members can stay after the performances to enjoy the fair. We hope to see lots of you there!

Thanks everyone for your continued support during this busy time of the school year and we hope you enjoy watching all of the highlights from this week! Have a lovely weekend.
